本教材結(jié)合當前國際貿(mào)易的實際運作、集合了外貿(mào)行業(yè)常用的外貿(mào)單證，同時，根據(jù)編者多年從事《外貿(mào)單證實務》教學工作經(jīng)驗以及一定外語水平和外貿(mào)專業(yè)知識編寫而成。本教材以雙語形式呈現(xiàn)，以匯票、商業(yè)發(fā)票、辦理運輸、保險、檢驗證書、產(chǎn)地證明書以及報關報驗為主線，對整個外貿(mào)進出口過程中所涉及的單證的作用、內(nèi)容、繕制等方面進行詳細闡述，重點讓學生熟悉外貿(mào)單證的繕制和英語表示方式。教材力求結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、案例豐富、方法具體、具有較強的實用性和可操作性。通過學習學生既掌握了繕制外貿(mào)單證的技能，又提高了外語應用能力，更好地適應社會對專業(yè)+外語的復合型人才和創(chuàng)造型人才的需要。

周錳珍，廣西民族大學商學院教授，碩士生導師。主要從事商務英語、外貿(mào)英語函電、外貿(mào)單證實務（雙語）、跨文化經(jīng)濟交流的教學與研究工作。先后在各級學術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表了20多篇論文，代表作品有《論語境因素與商務文本翻譯的擇義理據(jù)》、《論關聯(lián)性信息與價值》、《目的論在對外宣傳資料翻譯中的適用性調(diào)查研究》、《認知經(jīng)濟原則與投資指南翻譯的信息量調(diào)控》等?？蒲蟹矫妫簠⑴c了國家課題項目1項；承擔省部級以上科研項目9項，地廳級科研項目5項。代表性課題有：國家社會科學基金項目：“體驗式英語教學理論和教學”的子課題：體驗式英語教學在廣西高校的實證（參與）；國家民委項目：中國-東盟貿(mào)易區(qū)的跨文化商務交際。（08GX02）；廣西哲學社會科學“十一五” 規(guī)劃項目：基于語言經(jīng)濟學的網(wǎng)絡信息研究——以中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)為例（06FYY006）；廣西民族大學“十一五”規(guī)劃教材項目：外貿(mào)單證實務（雙語）等課題。
